From the beginning I've had a red carpet treatment from the staff, and especially Bruce. Bent over backwards to please. Super quality work at great prices. I've used several other fabricators in the past that were also very good but you get powdercoated parts in house so it makes it a no-brainer . Super long drive for me but I'll go the distance for the combination of price, quality and customer service which has been first rate from Bruce. Plus they have a lot of really great machines and expanding to make themselves better and more capable. Impressive.

Horrible service. Tried to get a quote for powder coating of 1,000 parts per month. I dropped off a sample as well. 5 weeks later I went back to pick up my sample part because they never got back to me. Only excuses. No sense of urgency or importance placed on the customer.

How long does it take to give a quote? Do they not know their pricing?
The same day I picked up my sample part, I went across town and got a quote from a competitor the very same day. I'm happy in the end with the new company, but just wanted to warn people of Meta Fab.
