In fall of 1999 I walked into Newberg Steel and got a few minutes of advice, and a lot of steel. An ol’timer helped me weld it all up and our church canoe trailer was born. Then times changed, and the trailer sat. Once again she is off to be used at a Camp in Spokane.
One thing that did not chnage is where I get my steel. Those folks at Newberg Steel help me find just what I need to make a project successful. Anything from trailer build, counter top, to Christmas Play. Thank you!

They really helped one of our businesses out when we were down to crunch time for city inspections. We were doing a large commercial renovation/build out at a medical clinic that needed a custom handicap railing that we didn't know was going to be needed. The owner worked us in and helped us meet the deadline so that the business could pass inspection and get occupancy. This was huge. I'm thankful for businesses like this that go the extra mile during stressful times.

This is a local business so if you want to support small local business and get great service and good prices this is it! They have special ordered material and cut material that I needed. If you're in Yamhill County, you should try this shop out!

Nick @ newberg steel was one of the most profesional and responsive people I have ever dealt with. I came in with a small DIY project and Newberg steel had everything we needed, even though they seem outfitted for much larger projects and operations. Nick was extremely helpful and generous with his time despite being busy and short handed. Great store, great customer service. Would return and recommend.

VERY helpful! I needed steel supports for the overhang of a new granite counter, but couldn't get them delivered by anyone in time for my counter guy. I sent Newberg Steel a couple photos and a spec sheet from a manufacturer's website and they had them ready the next morning. Tremendous customer service (and nice people, too -- the owner's five day old granddaughter even was there for a visit when I picked up my order!).

I have to say this is my favorite place by far to come for these kind of products. This is the only store that I have found that carry's stuff for women in a mans trade. They have small gloves that fit my tiny hands. There is a wonderful women there and I feel horrible that I can't remember her name but she, I believe, does the ordering. She knows there are women in these kind of trades now and keeps products that will fit women in stock. If I ever need anything I can always count on Newberg Steel.

It's also a very friendly place. Everyone I've ever dealt with have been awesome. I would highly recommend this place.
