I can't get a call or email back. Three weeks no communication. I want to buy front and rear bumpers. I will take my money somewhere else.

The employees at HNC are great and willing to help you out in any way that they can. Since I did not have a way of leaving, I had to wait while my bumpers were installed. The owners and employees were very accommodating and did what they could to make me comfortable. And the install went great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Below is my original review, i am updating this as the build is finally fixed and working as it should, i am sure the Pandemic has made some aspects of the work more difficult, in the end, i really like their work, i wish they could have finished the build we originally discussed but it is what it is.
I would have originally gave the guys a 5 star rating; however, they are quickly earning a 1 star rating. I am on my second set of bumpers, lights, headache rack, the whole meal deal. It doesn't seem to be important to communicate or make it a priority, i hope its not because it was paid for last year and they simply don't give a F. I have sent several people to HNC and am beginning to regret the referral since HNC cannot seem communicate nor perform in a timely and professional way. I am a high level "Goggle guide" and would gladly change this review if HNC picks up the ball they continue to drop.

I'm disappointed because I want to love these bumpers. But when I was talking to the guy about my bumpers I specifically asked if my trucks sensors would work in the custom bumpers, he ensured me they would (I have email proof). That is not the case. The sensors will not work with these bumpers.

I contacted the company, drove three hours one way! To have them "fix" it. Only for them to tell me that the error codes were because my sensors were "dirty". I thought that was bogus, but what do I know? Got on down the road and before I could get on I-5 from their shop I was getting the same error codes (I
have video proof). I have since spent a fortune trying to fix the sensor issue.

I would NOT purchase these again. I'm very disappointed in the company. They outright lied to me. Get your bumpers elsewhere.

I searched for months for someone to build a bumper for my truck. After speaking to all of the top builders I decided on Hard Notched. Not very often are my expectations exceeded, but these guys really came through. Highly recommend them, great people, awesome product!

I had my daughter's 2015 Honda Accord Sport OEM wheels powder coated gloss black by Hard Notched Customs. Those guys did a great job! Wheels came out looking amazing.

I highly recommend this place. I've had things made here a few times. They are great to work with and their workmanship is very high quality.
I used to think this grade of workmanship was a thing of the past. Its nice to see someone still doing it.
