Hall and sons did a great job installing my well pump. A few years later when I needed technical assistance, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about many of the technical aspects of designing a longer run well system. Very friendly too!

In 2019 we had Hall and Son install a water pressurization pump and tank in our newly built home. We don’t have a well, we are on a small community water system and have poor water pressure because of elevation. Less than 1 year after installation, we lost water pressure and after the issue was fixed we noticed water drops on one of the pipe connections coming out of the pump. I contacted Hall & Son and a fella came out and reluctantly tightened the pipe fittings.
Now, it’s 3 yrs later and we lost water pressure again. Once pressure was restored this time, we noticed water drips on 2 pipe connections coming out of the pump and rust on 5 separate areas. I contacted Hall & Son again. It took 2 days and 2 calls to get a response from Danny. When I explained what is going on he said, “this isn’t warranty work” he also said there will be a service charge to come out to your place. I could tell he wasn’t interested in coming out to our house or fixing our issue. I have found out since that GALVANIZED pipe was used for our job and now it is rusting from the inside out AFTER JUST 4 YEARS! I called another professional that is qualified and happy to have the work.

Horrible service and antiquated practices that will cost you more $$ in the long run…BEWARE!

Great experience! Each time I called and left a message, I got a return call within 1-2 hours. Ben was able to send out Dan to diagnose our issue the same day. Sadly, there was a leak somewhere within the well. Cameron and Seth were able to come out 2 days later to do the repairs. They called in the morning of the appt to confirm arrival time. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. After they were gone, I had a few more questions. I called and talked to Ben who was also very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and a few concerns about sediment and water pressure. He sent out Cameron and Tony the same day to help us problem solve the issues (somewhat my fault). Again, great service, very knowledgeable, took the time to answer our many questions (we are first time well owners). Would happily recommend this whole team!!

Our well stopped pumping Thursday evening. We called Hall and Sons first thing Friday morning. Spoke to Ben, he was very pleasant and scheduled his service tech for a visit. We were worried it would mean a new pump. Turned out to be a capacitor and minor problem with the pressure switch! We had water back to normal by 12:30 on Friday! Tony, the tech was very courteous and informative, and knew his stuff. We couldn't be happier!!! Highly, highly recommend this company!!!!

Hall & Sons modified my well to be pitless , replaced the pump and upgraded my system to use a bladder tank. Communications about the job with Ben were excellent as was the work performed by Tony and his crew. Tony took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Very happy with the result and I highly recommend Hall & Sons!
