The whole facility is Cabinetworks. I thought I was separate sections. I arrived 9:30 pm 3/25 for an 8am appt. 3/26 (live unload). Able to park overnight without no issues. I just stayed in the truck and didn’t cause no problems. 3/26 Morning I talked to the yard jockey he told me receiving is towards train tracks there’s stairs leading to door with sign “Receiving Department”. Yard driver also said they start at 5:30 am. I walked in at 6:30 am to check. I received a door, put paperwork in trailer as the receiver instructed. He came out told me I am early but he knows with us truckers, “Time is Money!”, He said he will get me out as soon as possible.

Awful manufacturer. Zero quality control. Our first shipment of cabinets arrived damaged, and we received the 4 cabinets in the incorrect color; one of the correct cabinets had the incorrect door style. We have to wait another 10 business days without a functioning to get the new cabinets. And the drawer faces on the second shipment were incorrect. Left a message with the manufacturer and never heard back.

Showed up for a d/h. Supposed to be ready at 0400. Another guy there same pickup time. My load was ready after midnight the next day. His still wasn’t. The whole time they were telling me “it’ll be ready in an hour, just check back in an hour”… 21 hours late is not acceptable. Definitely not coming back

Great place! Easy DropHook and plenty of parking. Quality manufacturer and real nice and well kept facility. Been to a lot of cabinet companies, most are dirty, dusty and not well maintained, this place is 1st class in every detail.

I work for an insurance restoration company and we order many, many, kitchens per year.
The last two that came from Merillat were sent incorrectly.
Both times were the same issue. They will send base cabinetry, that is all supposed to be the same, with different drawer fronts, boxes, and slides.
This has happened on 2 consecutive kitchens now and the second time it happened they also sent a wrong color vanity. The box was labeled correctly but it was the wrong color. They obviously have no QC in place.
I am now not able to turn the house over on time as apparently they were shut down for 2 weeks over Christmas?
So it will now take me 3 weeks to get cabinetry that they sent wrong.
I have already switched to a new vendor and manufacturer.

Picking up my load was easy, just got my paperwork and was on my way. They have a big parking lot . It was easy to find too.

Nice people. Delivered there late at night and they were able to unload the trailer fast. They seem to have overnight parking.
