We did not have a good experience with Brush Prairie concrete as the quality of the work was sub par.
Started off bad- footings poured incorrectly (wrong locations). They weren’t going to epoxy & rebar the new footings but had to as the county failed them - didn’t pass inspection.
Foundation walls were poured & at every beam pocket & anchor bolt there were cracks. Only 1 vent on the front of the house. Our crawl spaces is divided in half so one vent at the front far corner of the house is not acceptable as it does not provide air flow in the entire/split crawl space = No cross ventilation in the other larger crawl space.
Owner of the company agreed he’d not be happy with the job but rather than redoing it he paid for a fan in the crawl space & wrote a letter for future home sale. Not happy. Go elsewhere and get better quality.
