Parking available when you arrive. You can checkin just 30 min before your appt. Checkin office is in middle of building. Unloading in 2 hours not bad. Be safe truckers🙏🏻🙌🏻

Parking available on arrival. Check in at the office only 30min prior to appt. If lumpers needed, bring your own check. They don't provide any. Clean new facility. Spacious office but tight parking and docking. High truck traffic in fairly small space. Plenty of truck stops in the vicinity. No overnight parking after delivery. Follow the posted signs to the Guard Shack. Security was very efficient and effective. No food only soda machine.

My experience wasn’t bad at all showed up to guard shack at 2:00am for a 3am appt. Parked on the right side to check in. Receiving office was a breeze got a door right away. You get texts from them and one of them you reply yes to “safety check list” they call it. I believe I got a call around 4:50am saying paperwork was ready. Just had to pay lumper. I carry checks with me so it was a super quick process. Unloaded 13 pallets two different POs. For the time waiting can’t complain it’s late night take a nap lol would give it 5 stars if they had a staging area away from all doors because if you get a door where there’s a truck parked in front of it cuz they’re resting or waiting on paperwork work you might have some trouble. Lucky for me I didn’t but I noticed around my check out time more trucks were parking on the right side I’m assuming to sleep. So be careful

No one speaks or understands English here. I'm going back to the USA. At least they offer overnight parking so I can give a star for that. They will not call you when the paperwork is ready, though, and they will take forever for you paperwork after the green light. They took 2 hours for my paperwork after my light was green.

5 Star facility that gets 3 stars because of the parking lot... VERY, very tight. Otherwise, great bathroom, clean facility, friendly workers.

We got here at 0430 for a 0500 appt
Got in dock at 0610
Paperwork in hand 0830
Not terrible, but we will probably think twice before coming back here with a KW w900/studio sleeper. We'd have to be desperate for a load...

Whoever designed this lot should be drawn & quartered. They OBVIOUSLY have ZERO concept of the length of semi trucks. They need to take down that huge berm and push the parking back at least 20 feet. And the folks in the receiving office pretty much only speak Spanish, so good luck. I wonder if their rudeness is because of the language barrier? Ridiculous. Do better, Trader Joe’s.

OMG!!! Nice warehouse clean and very friendly people... but the parking situation. Seriously the people who planned and built this place are dumber then a box of rocks there is not enough room for trucks to back when there is trucks parked across from docks doors trucks need to be staged past the receiving office so that all the spaces in front of the dock doors remain empty for easier backing... or have all drivers drop their trailers and bobtail park across from their doors to give trucks more room...
