I am in Florida. My wife and home are in Rosalia WA. Recently our house water heater was having reliability issues and my wife asked me to replace it. I contacted Ackerman heating and air in Colfax WA. They were expedient on scheduling an appointment with her. They did a fantastic job and Virginia was very happy. I must comment that they were extremely professional, punctual and informative. Do not hesitate to secure their services. I will be contacting them to perform a heating and air conditioning inspection and service soon when the weather improves. Thank you very much Ackerman. I appreciate it and I definitely got my moneys worth. God bless you all. 👍😊

Starting with a thorough, and easy to follow, explanation provided by Rob of the options open to us with regard to replacing our furnace, air conditioning unit, and hot water heater - and then ending less than 10 days later with all three new fixtures now installed by Mikey and Shane, we are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and knowledge displayed by all involved. We understand that by living in a small town it is necessary to expect a wait for service needs to be addressed. Delightfully, this was not the case with Ackerman Heating & Air Conditioning! Many thanks to Mikey & Shane for being prompt, polite, considerate, patient with our questions, and superb at installing all three with efficiency, and a minimum of disturbance. Many thanks, also, to Rob for his time spent explaining our options and then quickly forwarding us a bid that covered everything we had discussed! My husband, Doug, and I highly recommend Ackerman Heating & Air Conditioning!

Thank you Kyle and Ryder you guys did a great job, even with the weird circumstances of realizing the Hot/Cold water pipes were switched. They were pleasant and easy going, great to talk to. Robert and Kyle worked on our furnace and did an amazing job. Called before coming by and even asked to come by early. Furnace was fixed quickly and their customer service skills were A+! My furnace no longer sounds like an air compressor. 😊

I would like to commend the crew and staff for a job very well done. Due to a furnace failure I called Ackerman Heating and Andrew was on site in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem and it was determined a new furnace was needed. Rob was notified and was at my house in less than an hour and a new furnace and AC unit was specked out, it was delivered the next morning. The crew of Shane, Mikey, and Ryder arrived promptly in the morning and installed the new furnace in less than a day. The entire crew was nice, polite, knowledgeable, and fast, the floors were covered and working area kept clean. Again I would like to praise everyone involved for a job well done. Installation crew (Mikey and Shane) were excellent. Experienced, knowledgeable and competent. Rob (salesman) was well prepared and knew what set up would work best for me. All in all a very positive experience. New system works very well; we’re pleased with the result.

I have been wanting to have ducts/vents cleaned for years. I finally got it done and am so glad I did. I am beyond impressed with the work Kyle and Luka did for me today! They were informative, professional and a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend!

Kyle and Luca came today to clean out the ducts. They deserve a raise they are 10 plus at doing their job. Very informative, went above and beyond what was needed as the vents/ducts we're probably never cleaned in the first place over the years. I will always recommend Ackerman's !!!!!
