Brought 2 18 mo. Steers to them to get butchered place was dirty but went ahead anywas almost 2 mos. Went by for our 900+ lbs of meat. Brought the meat home it has the nasty flavor to it. At 18 mos old there should be no flavor. I'm thinking hung for a mo. Or so next to who knows what or just got someone else's nasty meat not our first butcher with our red Anguses now we have 900+ lbs of meat that is dog food. Don't us this company. I know you get what you put in, is what you get back, but not in this case. It's probably rotten meat they cut up.
