I've been a customer of Reliance MFG for 7 years and I have been very happy with their performance. They manufacturer my entire product line and they have had reliable in getting my product out the door and to my customers in a timely manner. If there are any issues, they are very quick to take charge of the situation and resolve them.

They are a small family owned business and they do get busy at times with their office staff often supporting on the factory floor so a phone call or e-mail may not get answered immediately but be patient and persistent. Also, though they can do small one off jobs / prototyping, they are more geared towards larger production runs. For my own business, my production needs tend to be small most of the time but with frequent medium size and the occasional large orders. Over the course of a year, I give them good volume such that it warrants their efforts even when it is smaller orders spaced throughout the year. The best thing to do is to work with them and be realistic about your production needs over the course of a year.

In my opinion, my small business would not be in business today without Reliance Manufacturing.They value long term established business relationships and work hard to keep their customers satisfied.
