I would love to give this business 5 stars for the work that was done on my car, but the amount of damage that was done is unacceptable.
I dropped off my car to have the floor pans replaced, which included removing the body from the frame of the vehicle.
I picked up my car in early 2024 and immediately loaded it into a trailer to move from Washington to Florida.

Once I removed my car from the trailer, the problems started:
- brake fluid had leaked out due to a brake line crushed between body and frame.
- my wiring harness was crushed leading to no indicator lights, passenger side headlight, radio, tachometer, and windshield wipers, among other electrical issues.
- crushed spark plug wires
- wires left unattached
- clutch pedal lying on the floor due to assembly being bent

I notified the shop to attempt to remedy the issue, I never received a call back and my insurance company denied my claim. The repair bills have exceeded the cost I paid to have my floor pans replaced, which was in the thousands.

I think the structure of how EM&P operates is very efficient, organized, and professional. It was always easy to communicate needs and wants. The knowledge and experience of the staff is worth the shop rate. The facility is wonderful. Their staff members are all passionate about doing things right and it shows in the work. I intended to install a modern engine/transmission into an old truck, ran out of time to do it myself, and these guys stepped in and completed my project in an exceptionally reasonable time frame. All I can say is if you are going to hire someone to make a custom project happen, or even a stock rebuild, this is the place to go. I only wish i could give more than 5 stars as a rating. Wonderful experience!

Do not take your vehicle here!!!!!!! Took my 74 dodge charger se to get the floors put in. I supplied the parts and was quoted $5K....close to $11K latter I got my char back. The car would no longer go into park, (owner said take a hammer and band the floor pan down for clearance). Why wasn't this checked before leaving the shop!!! Today after getting back from deployment its time to PCS and I discover that disconnected a bunch or wiring harnesses from unknown locations. The new pan in the right foot well isnt even flush and has a hole that's not covered. The shifter button they took off is also damaged and now has to be replaced. Beware of the quality coming out of this shop. The owner is the only one that takes complaints and is rarely at the show. I will attach pictures of the HORRIFIC work done tomorrow morning in the daylight.

recently took my '63 studebaker in for repairs, to include- adjust driver door and install review mirrors on doors, door won't shut unless you slam it 2 or 3 times, mirrors not installed where recommended, right side mirror fell off when I picked up vehicle, had to be reinstalled.still useless to see out of.in process of finding someone that can correct this mess.another expense I don't need.my mistake taking it there to begin with.......I guess I jumped the gun on this one, thinking this outfit was like the rest,I was wrong,I got a call from Chris after the review,
he said he wanted to make it right.,I took the car back and he did a great job of correcting things,I am more than satisfied,this man knows how to run a business, an honesty rare around here, thanks again Chris,looking forward to doing business with you again..lee prejean.
