I reached out to Sign dog twice in the past two weeks. First time via email and heard nothing back in response for an inquiry I had. I understand business are busy but not even a reply was the biggest red flag. I called several times as well and never got an answer. So I finally left a voice mail stating I needed someone to call me back for a quote I was interested in receiving . Total time wasted. I called Stambaugh designs in Bellingham and they helped me and quoted me in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them ! NOT SIGNDOG.

I walked into Sign Dog off the street and had a good experience all around. Amanda was friendly taking down my information and Brad got back to me right away when he returned from work in Alaska. He helped me dial in what I wanted for a boat name and knocked it out that same day as I was supposed to be launching soon. Great work, friendly and professional service, and a fair price. Sign Dog has done all our graphics since they opened in Anacortes a few years ago. Brad has always been very attentive and responsive to our needs. We have had last minute needs for signage for boat shows and with sometimes only a few hour's notice, Sign Dog has come through. The images posted are of our autos and store fronts, all done by Sign Dog. Thanks Brad.......you have earned our business.

If you have an issue - expect little to no response. My hull was painted, and SignDog had a real tough time removing the old name on the boat.
Had to work it for hours, and now after having SignDog install new lettering my entire paint job is on the hull is cracked only where the old name was. They claim they did not do it, but would have their insurance person look at, and now they don't even return emails, and no word on the insurance company. So I now, must spend $3000 repainting the stern. They claim I had high heat on my stern. Maybe its just me, but a boat on the water in the summer comes in contact with heat conditions. Is this a surprise to them? Maybe it was the heat gun they used on the old lettering removal, as my wife pointed out them at the time. Oh - and here is a picture of his guy using a heat gun, when he claims that he did not use on.

Bad experience. The owner, Brad More, and SD are too busy to pay attention and have respect for their customer’s (well, former) time. Simple boat naming decal project, recommended by one of his biggest customers (Seattle Yachts), after buying a boat from them. Charged 50% more than I paid a company in Bellingham for a larger boat naming job less than 2 years ago. Three different times/days he texted (no calls) to say when he would install the decals; each, hours after I waited at the boat and he was a ‘no show, no call.’ Finally, a guy came and installed them and scampered away when he finished. To be fair, he actually did a fine job installing the decals. I guess I could have not paid them, but I believe in honor and respect, so I promptly paid them the agreed price. To date, I’ve not heard from Brad. No apology, no explanation; just excuse from his guy that they are too busy.

Let’s all help him out of this terrible dilemma. Move all your signage business away from Sign Dog in Anacortes to another business. One that treats customers with respect and values their time at least equally to theirs, if not more.

Brad is one of the best business owners I've ever met... Down to earth. And more about helping other rather than a buck... He's wrapped 2 of my business trucks and if i ever suggest anyone sign maker for biz or other...its sign dog nw.. Great guy great crew..
