I ended up with no water on a Sunday morning and was sure that my pump was out. I reached out to Monticello and Jason as I had his direct phone number. He did a job for me three years ago and I happened to store his number. It was gonna be a crappy day as I had not taken a shower and we had a bunch of dishes in the sink. No water for a family of three and a really small house and nowhere to take a shower was gonna suck. Jason texted me back within an hour and told me what I needed to do to figure out the problem. He was happy to come out, but wanted me to verify power first. after multiple tests, we determined that there was a break in the wire below ground. And he talked me all the way through it. That’s a part that he isn’t usually responsible for. Didn’t charge me a dime and was happy to come out if I needed them. Where else can you get the service? Where else can you get somebody with that much honesty and integrity that would walk you through this on a Sunday. I can’t speak of the volumes of appreciation we have for Monticello and Jason. Thank you so much! You guys rock!!

Jason and Will provided exceptional service. We had a hard to find leak and they went through all the steps multiple times to determine and correct the leak. Recommended using Line Locators to pinpoint the well line leak and that was the ticket. Leak spot was exact and repair went well. They hung in there with us on this one. Prompt, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Monticello Pump Service for all your well pump needs. I would give them 10 stars if the rating went that high.

I had a concern with water discoloration, so I called for a service/inspection. Immediately I was given advice on what my problem likely was, and scheduled a visit.

Water samples were tested, and even checked the toilet tank water for other signs of problems. As a first time well owner, I had a lot of questions. All were answered, a nice walkthrough was given, and maintenance tips were shared.

Super friendly and helpful team and thorough! A recommendation to add a water softener was made, and I will definitely go with them when it’s time to purchase/install.

100% Recommend! Not many good folks out here in business, these guys are definitely one of a kind!

A corroded valve in my well pump system broke and flooded my basement. After securing the cut off valve, I called Monticello, who had left their contact info on the pump system. Jason answered and after a few questions let me know he would be there within an hour. He and Jose quickly diagnosed the valves, overflow tank, and section of copper piping to replace. They finished in less than two hours. Considering the quick response and quality/speed of the repair work, I was happy to pay a premium.

I had a pressure tank leaking and called and got Jason. He told me he would be out the next day to take a look. True to his word, he showed up on time ( rare in this day of service). He was here for many hours. He found the issue (sediment blocking pvc pipes) and cut back all pipe and repaired. When he was done , after many hours, there appeared to be condensation coming from a joint and it was leaking on the floor. He actually shut it all down drained the tank and reworked his work. He did an awesome job. Cared about his work and willingly fixed something that might not have been his fault. I offered to pay him more because the fitting may have been causing the issue, but he denied it. His 5 star reviews are completely accurate. Picture shows all the pvc re worked Also installed new gauge and switch. All for fair price!

Highly recommend. Jason troubleshooted my well problem over the phone in the evening, came over expeditiously, and fixed the broken adapter at a reasonable price. He was very responsive throughout the process, including on other plumbing matters. Great service and good people. I am very glad I called them. I will be recommending Monticello to my neighbors.

He is the best person that I have ever known. My well pump went out yesterday night. I called him at 3:00AM and left a voicemail because it was emergency. He called me back at 7:00AM and troubleshooted my well problem over the phone this morning for free. “NO COST” It’s working perfectly fine right now. If it happens again I will definitely call them to fix the parts. I will go with no other well service other than MONTICELLO ever again.
