I had an amazing experience at Lease Return Center and couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional service! Due to some issues with getting my tags, I wasn’t able to take my car home that day. But the team went above and beyond by shipping my car to me for FREE – which was such a huge help! On top of that, they even painted the wheels on my car at no extra charge, making it look even better than when I first saw it.

A special shoutout to Tony and Eric – they are both fantastic guys who truly went out of their way to assist me. They made sure everything was taken care of and made the entire process so smooth. I can’t thank them enough for their support and dedication. If you’re looking for top-notch service, these are the guys you want to work with. Highly recommend!

* update* January 11th 2025. I bought the car December 14th 2024. It took a while to get the car to pass inspection even though there was only two small things that the Maryland state inspector was being a a-hole about. They got it done at fixed for me. The only reason this is not a five-star is the time frame it took. The communication with this place is horrible. I'm not going to name my salesperson. He's a young guy but when people are spinning $20,000 plus dollars with you. No matter how many people or customers you have, you have to be communicative. I probably have called this place numerous of times. If I can find a screenshot or a screen recording I'll post it as well to show how many times I've called this place to get in touch with my salesperson. I wasn't offered any type of compensation for spending my gas money, spending money on Uber to get there and back from dropping the car off and or for my time and mental well-being. Make sure you check the car out and you state that what you need and make sure you hold them to it. I do have a car. It's a very nice car. It's very clean. They have a nice cars there, but if you feel like you're not being taken care of as a person or as a human being in this building. Don't stay go somewhere else. No matter how good the car is as a buyer, you want to feel like you are above the world when purchasing something food for thought.

As of right now my dealings with this dealership is a one star. I'm trying to get something handled with a card that I bought Saturday. I took it back Monday. It needs to pass my own inspection or the deal is office. What was the plan. Nobody's giving me any answers. They keep giving me the runaround. My sales representative all of a sudden is not in the office for the last 3 days. This seems like a sham and a scam car dealership. I will keep you updated. Ask for now do not go there. If anybody else has had any type of problems with them, please message me

I recently had a great experience at Lease Return Center. I was greeted warmly by the staff and by David who was my sales rep and who was genuinely eager to help me. David was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, guiding me through their extensive inventory without any pressure.

What impressed me the most was their transparency during the buying process. The financial rep, Jason, clearly explained all the financing options and worked with me to find the best deal, including the best warranty package.

The vehicle I purchased, a Ford Explorer, is in excellent condition and was thoroughly inspected before I took it home.
I was satisfied with my purchase. I truly felt valued as a customer.

I highly recommend visiting Lease Return Center. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity sets them apart from other dealerships. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

I have purchased four vehicles from Ryan’s team all with Jason and Manuel being my POC. Although I knew these were used cars, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I didn’t feel like I was forced into a vehicle. One of the vehicles I got was a 2021 BMW 5 series that runs as new and gets complimented everywhere I go. I refer all my friends here now. Lease Return is does well to accommodate your purchase and when things were delayed, Jason and Manuel offered their personal numbers and were pretty responsive! Definitely going to be buying more from here.

The salesperson, David, is not professional. He failed to provide adequate customer service. Did not return my phone calls and refused to connect me with appropriate staff at the dealership as I requested (I called and specifically requested to speak with Ryan, and David refused to connect me with him and did not pass those messages along).
As a young Black man that purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I did not feel valued and respected as a customer. When i finally got in touch with Ryan after multiple long trips to get there he helped solved what i needed to pass my inspection and treated me with respect!.

Went in to look at a car, didn’t end up being the one for us which was okay. The salesman David was not only rude/dismissive to us throughout the process he was extremely rude to his coworkers and clients on the phone. I understand no haggling but does that extend to no respect? Seems so. Wouldn’t recommend the dealer just based on the environment, which is 80% of the sale.

Beware of this place. First you have salesman David already attempting to say don’t buy since tariffs I will be charging more for car. Charging tariffs on a vehicle that has been on lot for over six months on top of the already overpriced car. This fool of a salesman turned down an all cash deal on a vehicle that has been sitting for long time on lot with a simple question of if wiggle room on price. His arrogance won’t allow him to make money hopefully this company goes under during trade wars since we don’t need more crooks in the United States. Would have given no stars if it was option

Arman is the BEST. Seriously consider buying your next car from Lease Return Center. The buying process was as simple and straightforward as possible. Arman was completely transparent from the moment we spoke on the phone. The car was just as clean and smooth as viewed online. I am very happy with this purchase and working with Arman.
