Unfortunately our home (built in 2000) came with this company’s hardware installed at our residence for an alternative septic system. We just had our main control panel replace in June 2020, and it’s been nothing but issues for the last two months.

I would not recommend this company based on the reliability and engineering of their products. I feel like our home is the test bed for their last control panel. Every week something breaks and we have to have contractors come out to troubleshoot. When your home sewage system is on pause for days every few weeks — it gets rather annoying. We *thought* we were opting for the more reliable approach of purchasing a brand new panel vs. replacing components in the 20 year old panel. Little did we know the brand new panel is a piece of junk.

Bottom line — if you have the option, steer clear of these products and hardware. 2 months after a new install, no one seems to have a clue why the panel doesn’t function properly for more than 3 weeks in a row.
