Very helpful. Am setting up an online shop for an organization. They make it so easy. They do everything for you. You just tell them what you want in your shop and what prices you want to charge. Allie is great and extremely knowledgeable. They sell high quality apparel and merchandise.

You can also walk in and just get a shirt printed with your art or lettering if you want. They sell by the item AND in bulk. Very accommodating.

I would highly recommend Longs Embroidery to anybody! I had 11 canvas bags embroidered with initials for my sister’s bridesmaids. Rick and Allie were so generous with their time when helping me find which font to use. The bags were finished so quickly and are absolutely flawless!

I recently visited Long Embroidery and was disappointed with my experience. While the cashier and workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, the owner's demeanor was unfortunately abrasive and rude, even if there was a miscommunication, there was no reason to get excited, I didn’t. It made me feel uncomfortable and less likely to return. It's a shame, as the quality of work seemed great, but the customer service from the owner left a sour taste in my mouth.

It's unfortunate, I put an order in with Longs and the first order had errors, the logo was not aligned on the shirt and they changed the shirt brands without notifying me. I, in a bind put another order in with Longs, and they refused to send me proofs after weeks of me reaching out asking them repeatedly, which I still have emails for and they never responded. After finally being contacted nearly 3 weeks after putting my order in that the items were ready, once more the design was off centered and the hats I ordered could not be sold due to the poor stitching and complete lack of quality control. Some logos are to the right, some to the left, but this would explain why they refused to send proofs. The owner is hostile and refused for over a year to reply to my complaints until I gave up. I had former employees reach out and apologize, but it is not their fault or up to them to apologize for bad work by the company. Every shirt ordered within 2 washes lost its color and completely cracked and chipped, leading me to believe they just heat pressed my design instead of screening.
