Bob has done great work for me and the turnaround time has been faster than expected. I prefer to give local companies my business whenever possible. This will be the first negative review I have written about a business. I have had hats made by Bob twice. The first time the logo material that was pressed on the hats eventually fell off. The second time, I had logos embroidered. I dropped them off with the promise of maybe a week to get the hats done. Four weeks later I heard back from Bob when they showed up in the mail, with the logos not centered on 20 of the 21 hats. Some of them weren’t even remotely close. After weeks of more messages and calls not being responded to Bob refunded me when I proposed sending pictures to the BBB. I also provided vintage hats for this job out of my collection, and requested they be replaced too. I was called an “Unscrupulous scammer” by the owner. There was an offer to then send the hats back for him to look at them, and I decided to end doing business with this establishment and cut my losses. The lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and the job itself led to a very disappointing experience. This business is clearly more worried about the big accounts it has as the owner told me when I dropped off my hats.

I had a short deadline to have some company logo shirts made to make it to a motorcycle show. They got my logo, were able to fix the colors and suggest a change to make it legible, and had them embroidered in just a couple days. They are an excellent shop to work with and very accommodating to get my little order done very fast. Not only were they fast, but the prices were awesome. Got my business looking sharp and I'll be ordering all of my promo items from Stafford Media!
