Jenkins Restoration - Thank you for completing the interior and exterior work in the master bedroom of my home. I was very pleased with the work performed by the many work crews dispatched to my home. They were all very skilled and knowledgeable in their respective field. Additionally , the success of the project includes the project managers (Keith and Jaimie) who coordinated everything. Job well done! We went from a broken pipe to an amazing new basement. David Schlee, our project manager, was great at explaining the work to be performed, working with the insurance company, and providing many different recommendations for my restoration needs. This is an amazing company from top to bottom. This includes payments, contractors, and everything in between. Jenkins exceed our lofty expectations, and I would highly recommend to friends, family, and anyone looking for a good restoration company.

When we noticed water in our basement coming up through the floor boards our insurance company suggested we call Jenkins Restoration. Their excellent rating on Google and rave reviews made me confident we would be in good hands. Thomas was quick to call and assist on a Sunday, and since they are open 24/7 they were able to arrange same day service. Thomas and his team were wonderful! 4 guys came out to determine the extent of the damage, move furniture out of the way, and rip up the warped/damaged flooring. Thomas, Nick, Kris and Isaac did a fantastic job! They were all respectful of our house, friendly (even with our kids/dog) and very easy to work with. Thomas was always prompt to respond to texts and made communication easy. Another perk was that they made it convenient to arrange pick up of all the fans used to dry out the basement around our schedule so we didn’t have to miss work or sit around for hours like some other companies. I can’t say enough nice things about them, phenomenal service, and highly recommended! Thank you again.

Isaac, Chris and Nick did a superb job with my water damaged basement. Isaac was informative at the start, texting and calling with updates. All three were very professional. These gentleman are the face, and backbone of your company. Also… David( estimator) was very professional and knowledgeable.

If I could give a zero I would. Their work is terrible. My bathroom tile is a mess and they didn’t care. They finished the job and then we had a leak from them so they had to pull up tile again and fix it. Look closely at the pictures. The tile work is all uneven. There is grout everywhere. The spaces are not even. There are some skinny some thick. Some grout is flush to the tile and some is way sunk in. Just terrible. Once the boss got paid he was no longer interested in anything we had to say. That was the topping on the cake. All I wanted was for the boss to come out and look at the job for himself and he was like no. Like what? I look at this bathroom everyday and I’m just so sad and disappointed. They also had to come out several times after the job because our sinks were leaking. The job was a nightmare to say the least. They should have redid this tile. These. pictures do no justice to how uneven this is. Please feel free to stop by anytime and take a look at it before you decide to go with them. I’m serious. I would love for people to see this. Their swift response and immediate action in addressing the flood on the property were unmatched! Thomas and his team provided an impressive level of customer service that I have rarely encountered. Thomas was thorough, patient, and always professional when working with both the property team and the residents.

Jenkins did a great job coming in and getting to work right away after we contacted our insurance about our basement water damage. Thomas and his team with Nick, Kris and Isaac were prompt, professional did a great job taking down the damaged drywall, removing the wet carpet, and placing the drying equipment. They made the appointment to return and pick up the equipment before leaving and were right on time as scheduled. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with their work quality and responsiveness!

Thomas and Nick from Jenkins were sent to help mitigate a leak we had in our kitchen that went to our basement. Their professionalism and courtesy truly helped make the best out of what has been a trying ordeal. They came out the same day the leak was noticed and swiftly helped get the situation under control. They were patient with answering all our questions and also took great care to minimize the disruptions associated with the mitigation process. Highly recommend them if you’re in need of professional mitigation services in an emergency.
