Nice warehouse. Restroom is clean, vending machine, staff is nice.

Check in on the computer once you arrive and then speak to the desk clerk. He/she will give you a door number. Loading took 2 hours.

Not sure if they have overnight parking though.

The only thing I can say after seeing so many stories is that I came to unload the lady who helped me was very kind and signed the paper right away and gave me the door and in less than an hour I was unloaded. I don't know if they check before the appointment time because I arrived 20 minutes early but they were quick to unload me.

Delivered here 4 days in a row and everyday a different person at window with different rules. 4pm appointment now it's 10pm .Go in to see what's going on and she says nobody has an appointment. Yesterday guy at windows said he unloads by appointment times.. Do better . Too many places that treat drivers like crap.

They gave me to dock door 18
Check in office after dock door 14
And then very big place easy in and out even I think overnight parking

Veryyyyyy long wait times. Check in door 14. Sign in on computer for pick up & delivery. Destination is Wytheville use number on top of Bol. Use phone to call number on wall if nobody is in window. Make sure you have water & food. Bathroom next to check in window not the best but better than port a Jhon. Pepsi product vending machine. Hurry up and wait type place they WILL kill your clock. Don’t deliver Friday and end up sitting over the weekend.

Easy to find, though the road leading in has curves, plenty of space to back in. Courteous and professional staff in the office. Make sure your trailer is clean before you go in otherwise they will not load you. Very light loads, or at least mine was. 90 minutes to get loaded. Two flying j truck stops very close by
