Although Skip and Lori seems like good Ole country folks when you
meet them, definitely don't take them at their word. I even have a contract that they will not live up to. Nothing but lies and deception about why they won't fulfill their promises. I bent over backwards to be honest and even hospital to them and their workers, but it looks like Attorneys will have to be involved before they will live up to our agreement. Definitely not the good Ole country folks that I grew up with. Beware and if you are negotiating a contract, be sure and figure attorneys fees on your part. You definitely will need them No photos but the insulation is falling down and the garage door openers are faulty. I gave them one ? star because that's the lowest the scale goes.

These guys did a great job building an RV carport next to our house. Skip was very reasonable and had good workers who listened to his instructions. Took a while to get the parts in and missed a couple of extra trim parts but that was due to COVID. Came back to finish it off after all parts were in. Even helped with getting chain-link fence gates hooked up to the siding, which he didn't have to do.
Just in time for the 100+ summer weather and torrential rains. No problems with wind or rain. Very sturdy with solid footing.
Nice job guys!
