I bought a bike rack and the hitch attachment angle was rubbish, so I couldn't put the bikes on the new rack without damaging my vehicle. Bill rebuilt the hitch attachment, and now it is at the correct angle and so much stronger - 6 stars! It was a small job but I really appreciated the quality of the work, timeliness, and very reasonable cost - thank you Bill!

Friendly folk who are willing to help! I had a silly job, unscrewing an aluminum pipe from a fitting that would NOT budge. The older gentleman in the office mentioned they were swamped but then thought about it for a few minutes and came up with a great solution. In and out in maybe 5 minutes. He didn't even want to charge me anything. Will definitely consider them for future work if I have it.

I had an awesome experience with Shaw’s and Bill, whom I believe is the owner. I gave them a call to ask if they could fix some parts off of my 96 Bronco. Bill said to bring them in so he can take a look.

He quickly knew he could fix them easily. Had everything back very quickly and his work looks great. I’ll definitely be back.

Husband went in today to have a broken off bolt removed out of a strut...they were awsome....did it on the spot...we will be back when the need arises for other work....will be recommending them to others. he was referred by Napa Auto parts...
