I used Jason to upgrade my home theater system in 2021. At the time of installation he got everything up and running, adjusted surround sound, picture quality, and gave us a tutorial on how to operate our new projector. He was a very nice guy with reasonable fees. Fast forward three years to 2024, and we just experienced our first problem, an apparent defect in the projector I purchased...naturally, a few months after the warranty ended. But once again, he got everything up and running and suggested we use it until it finally stops working and then replace. I agreed with his common sense logic. Once again, he was very likeable and his fees more than fair. He's the real deal folks!

I'm going to add to all the five star reviews of this company. When we moved here in December I approached three companies to install my home theater. I spent time with each to understand their individual approach. All three recommended I upgrade my old equipment. When the offers came in, Five Star was the one with the fewest new items to accomplish what I wanted done and by far the best price.

Jason was here yesterday and completely exceeded my expectations. He installed my home theater, wired in the speakers previously installed in the house, and set up an online app so I can control it all.

Incredible job. I highly recommend.

Jason, myself and my husband discussed all available options for the purchasing and installation of three large plasma TV's (inside and outdoors), as well as components to enhance the stereo and home theater sound. We also discussed and had Jason install the 4 Ring security system camera's, as well as a complicated networking system. Jason was amazing to work with every step of the way. He was open to our budget and provided several options. I highly recommend Jason and 5 Star Electronics you won't be disappointed and you will be provided wonderful customer service, with a team that is knowledgeable in every facet of electronics, technology and home security options. I wouldn't use anyone else.

After learning of a scheduling mixup, Jason dropped everything and came all the way to Green Valley to do the installation of my new soundbar. That's great customer service. Once on site he quickly sized up the situation and completed the job. I was pleased that he had brought extra cables just in case needed (they were). At the end he checked out the installation and tweaked the TV settings to improve the picture. Outstanding all around; I couldn't be more pleased.

Jason and Sam are very efficient, professional, responsive and polite. They took their time explaining how things worked and they took their time to make sure things were right.
