Flatbed unloading Mon-Thursday 06am to 06pm Friday 6am to 4pm get here at least 45mins before they close. Pull in driveway stay to the right STOP at the 2nd gate unstrap and the forklift guy will come get you. 1 truck allowed in at a time. Took less than 15 mins to unload these guys are fast! Can park overnight if you have to on the left. Be cautious the hill on the way to the yard is steeeeep! Like 18% grade

Very easy access for trucks and the staff is absolutely fabulous! You'll be climbing a long road to the top of a mountain, so be cautious of semis coming down and stay in low gear yourself when coming down the hill. Follow the signs and stay to the right if you're a dry van as the flatbeds need room to get around. The dock(s) are easily accessible. Note to anyone who wears flip flops or open toed shoes, don't do that here. Thus is a lumberyard and dress accordingly. You'll get in and out in a flash as these employees know their jobs and are professional and friendly. One of those 'old school' yards that make trucking worth it!

Pretty simple. Start offloading at 6. Trucks start lining up night before. Me (plus 2) on-site when I started offload. Unstrap upon arrival/ before going into yard. Flag a forklift when you're ready, they'll tell you where to go. They'll offload, sign paperwork, you drive out and stow dunnage in parking lot. Bathrooms inside ask someone they'll direct you.

Well for one it takes 4 hours to unload a truck win it should take 30 mins or less. Need another fork lift driver or better management

I guess I spoke to the owner to check in and guy was very rude and disrespectful. Please avoid this spot and save yourself a headache
