First time eating here. I only ordered a side salad & a cup of soup or the day which was potato soup. The salad was cold and fresh and the soup was hot and tasty.I will return if this way again.Thanks applebee's! Enclosed 10 pictures

Goodness, do I feel sorry for each and every guest going there that had not realized the restaurant has a cockroach infestation! They are serving us knowing they are infested and wait staff is made to pretend to be in shock once confronted. Manager has the lame excuse of having received an infested shipment and they JUST sprayed, which has the roaches acting aggressively, scurrying all over the place and therefore being as noticeable. Per Health Department though, they’ve BEEN working with that restaurant and the restaurant is supposed to have restaurant exterminated! Bot the restaurant and Health Department basically are ignoring the health risks to guests , especially with uncooked food items ( salads) ! My daughter got violently ill after having consumed some of their food up until a couple roaches decided to do a table dance ! The audacity to still keep their money is sickening as is the fact that no one is told what is known and has been known for a while now ! Please- if you are eager to eat there, bring a scatter and only eat fully cooked food!

Pleasant, enjoyable lunch! My partner and I met a friend for lunch. This was my first visit to this Applebee's location. Actually, I haven't visited an Applebee's in several years, so I was anxious to check this location out. The service was excellent! Our server, Tanner, did an excellent job serving and provided efficient, friendly service during our lunch. The restaurant facility and dining room was very clean and well maintained. The men's restroom very clean, too. Although I would recommend replacing the worn dining room carpeting, it is in poor condition. In addition to the regular menu, Applebee's has a nice lunch menu, offering many different options to fit any appetite and budget. They even have a "pick two" section if you care for lite meal options. All of us ordered the chicken tenders meal which is served with fries. The day we visited, Applebee's was out of fries, so we substituted onion rings. All three of us enjoyed the chicken tenders and would certainly order again. The portions were large. However, in my opinion, the quality, freshness and preparation of the tenders could be better. In comparison to competitors (Chili's, Hardee's and Chick-fil-A) the chicken tenders were not up to par. The menu is very diverse and offers everything from pasta, chicken, steaks, burgers, salad and soups. They also have a full service bar for adult beverages. I was very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to returning to Applebee's to try more of the menu items. In an area dominated by fast food options, it is very nice to have a casual, relaxed, comfortable, full service dine-in restaurant in Norton. I highly recommend this Applebee's!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Sat down ordered our food. Our food was brought to us my daughter started eating and a roach came crawling out on the table and one on the floor. I have pictures of the one on the floor. The waitress and manager even said they have had a big problem with roaches and that it was fumigated but obviously it didn't work. On the off chance Applebee's staff reads this by all means reach out.

Very impressed today with the service, cleaning, and food! The menus were getting a good cleaning and the payment machines! All the workers were doing stuff and working together to help one another! The steak was cooked perfect and Cameron our waitress was very attentive to our needs!

Curbside said a time to be there and it was 30 minutes later when the guy threw it in my window. Food is good but curbside is way off on times.
