Did not purchase their overpriced mattress pad as to purchase elsewhere more affordably. Because we didnt we were not covered when the very expensive mattress we purchased started to sag in multiple areas about 4 months into owning it. Purchased a very affordable mattress online and have had over a year with zero issues. I dont like posting bad reviews but when you work hard for your money and trust a businesses product to last at least a few years and get 4 months out of it, you have been scammed, you dont need an overprices mattress pad as insurance for replacement if your product was well made.

We really appreciated all of the attention and effort Michelle and Mikayla at Wasilla Mattress Firm gave us in dealing with a manufacturer's warranty return.
