Bill and Nick are awesome! I needed major work done on my vehicle, and nobody in Wasilla would even look at my vehicle for well over a month. They took me in immediately, and got me back on the road in about 12 days. I commute to Anchorage, for work, and I was straight panicked. They were very kind and compassionate, to my needs, and bent over backwards to help. Very informative and helpful. The whole team there did a great job! Much appreciated.

I had four different issues with my VW and they knocked them right down even though there were parts that were hard to find.
Just as importantly, I showed the bill to my son who has been a dealership mechanic for 12 years and he said " That's a really good price for all they did ". Great work and a great price, really can't ask for more .

I got my water pump, and the thermostat changed here, midas was going to charge me $1500 for everything and a friend said to come here instead not only was it was cheaper they also just overall seemed more trustworthy I'll be coming here for any car issues from here on out! Very fast and efficient, and knowledgeable group of guys over at Wasilla Family Auto. My blinkers were not working, I had a problem with my blinker relay located in the steering column. They had a new relay ordered, put in, and even replaced my right blinker within an hour at a low cost of $90. Definitely going there again for any of my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you.

Wasilla family auto are not a place to go if you need your car fixed , diagnostic , there businesses license should be revoked , my warrant company had proof they were trying to falsified parts to say they are broken and need to be fixed when they were not fixed and they had my car for 3 weeks and gave me a flat tire when picked it up sbd don’t mention it or offer to help, I had to pay fir the labor for false wrong things that were wring with my car, and they didn’t fix anything or find what was wrong with it either I 3 weeks. So took for a second opinion and within min and they said very obvious could see a tell me what’s the issue were and fixed it , Wasilla family auto business license should be under review for ther skill level and level of integrity

I've been looking for an honest, reliable, and professional auto repair shop for a long time, and was sorely disappointed with others in the Valley. Wasilla Family Auto is my new family repair shop! I needed multiple repairs on a Toyota Camry. They got it in fast and completed the work in a timely manner. They were honest and gave me a fair price! I really liked communicating with Zach by text, as I'm a very busy guy, and I had a chance to talk with Bill the owner who made sure everything was right with my repair.
