I had a great experience getting a replacement cover for my 8 year old Jacuzzi hot tub. Ronda, the salesperson, kept me updated on the shipping status, called me promptly when the item arrived at the Wasilla store, and helped me load it due to its awkward size. Ronda at Arctic Home Living is the BEST! We had to replace a broken hot tub and she walked us through everything, every step of the way. The shop was clean and lots of models to choose from, but no high pressure sales—it was so wonderful to walk in and say, here’s our budget, what can we do with that? And Ronda was amazing to work with-honest and kind and not pushy! She made us feel like a priority, even when she was busy. All of our questions got answered and she helped us take care of our old hot tub. The guys that installed the new one were great too—super respectful and explained everything well. Could not be happier!

Ronda at Artic Home Living is the BEST! She was very informative, knowledgeable & friendly. We did a lot of research on Sundance/Jacuzzi & compared it to their competitor. After deciding that Sundance was the best option for us we decided to shop there. Ronda helped us choose the right hot tub based on our needs. She took a lot of her time doing more research for every question we had. They give you a spa class that is about 30 min that addresses chemical application & instruction on the control panel. After our purchase and delivery she kept in contact & helped us through many questions that came up. The delivery was seamless, the crew made sure they were placing it exactly where we wanted. They addressed a few questions we had and followed up with giving us an update on how it will be handled.

I recently purchased a home with a Spa. Ronda at Arctic Home Living in Palmer helped me find the correct filters, and chemicals, offered a free class on water balancing, and answered all of my questions. We also purchased a new cover for our older spa. Ronda went to great lengths to make sure we were ordering the correct and very oddly sized cover. She's a very kind and patient teacher.
