I was very happy with the service and repair on my dryer. He arrived quickly, had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours after my initial call. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with an appliance.

Wouldn't use this company again for anything! The only time I've ever saw anyone at their business was the first day I stopped in to request service and while they were quick to come and charge me the guy diagnosed the issue incorrect and said he would order the part. 3 weeks no part no call and $195 out.

This is my third time using this company for appliance repairs over a period of about 10 years. Every time the owner (Roel Mallares) showed up on time, and did a great job. Friendly and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I recommended him to 2 different friends, who have also liked his work. Not sure what I'd do if he closed his business!

Paid this company $1500 to fix a commercial refrigerator in June 2022. I waited 8 months for the part to arrive. It never did. My landlord called and canceled the repair that I had scheduled and paid for. There was never any refund of money and it has now been over a year.

Was supposed to get service today for my washer between 12-5 and nobody showed up and nobody called . I find that to be thoughtless and unprofessional.

Called these guys to see if they had a replacement burner for my oven, after another outfit said nobody would have it in stock. These guys did!
He took the part number down and called me back about 15 minutes later saying he had it, and waited for me to get there and pick it up before he went to his next service call.
The part was a bit higher than list price, but about the same as I could order it online for, with shipping.
Great service; I'll call these guys again.

Roel was extremely friendly and professional. He showed up on time and was able to fix our dryer quickly. He diagnosed the problem and had all the replacement parts already in his van. Definitely 2 thumbs up and I would recommend to anyone looking for help with a broken appliance

Very happy with the service I received from Alaskan Appliance Repair. Called a national company for service. They kept me on the phone for 10-20 minutes before finally informing me that they no longer provided service in my area. Next called a large Alaskan company. Told me the latest appointment I could schedule it was 1 in the afternoon. That would be a 1/2 day off work for me. Finally found Alaskan Appliance Repair. Owner Roel seemed ready to work very hard to accommodate my schedule, even willing to work weekends if he needed to in order to accommodate me. He showed up right at four and gave me a price that seemed very reasonable for both the service and the labor required to make the repair. If I need appliance repair of any kind in the future, there's no doubt for me who I'll call first.
