Very high prices. Poor choices. Most things only one brand. Staff not very knowledgeable.

Forgot the name of this place altho I stopped to get Real pretty Red Roses for my yard and to put a couple on a gravestone. The Roses stay pretty all year long. They are fake but they add something when in my yard. You get 6 for $5.00. (Patrick Henry Mall)

I went to roses in Martinsville last Friday they had two registers open one at returns desk and one regular register the one at the return desk there was about 4 people just standing there talking like they didn't know what to do kept calling someone on the intercom which never showed up the other lady that was running the regular cash registered line was actually taking a return and taking payment on a layaway for a lady. She seemed like she had no clue how to do it. She did something wrong but the lady got frustrated and said that's okay I'll do it another day by this time the line is backed up finally the young lady at the return desk said I can help someone this is after I stood in the line for about 15 to 20 minutes second person in line before I ever got to check out with only one item needless to say I was a little upset but let it go I thought maybe there just having a bad day I went back again yesterday which is Tuesday October 5th once again two registers and people standing around talking playing on their phones ignoring customers half of the stuff did not have prices on them in the shoe department there were empty boxes no shoes and again half with no prices to make long story short get to the register to check out because of not having price tags the young lady checking us out didn't know the prices tried to call someone up there and we stood there about 5 minutes and still no one had shown up we were holding up the line and felt bad so we told the young lady to just forget it and left the items with no tags I think it is a shame that the customers takes time to shop and find items that they like but when you get to the register to pay you find you just wasted your time because you have to leave those items because management has no respect for the customers not even enough to do a price check🤔😠😔

Bought all cotton hiking shorts at Belk on sale and dog and cat food at Pet Sense, where there are some cute affectionate young cats available for adoption. (Three and four months to three years.) Check them out. SPCA adoption applicatiobs available and application fee is only $20.
