We had the very best experience with Silverpoint Homes. From the beginning they exceeded expectations. We started with a specific plan that we were interested in, the plan was above our budget, but Shannon, our sales rep sent a list of plans that fit our budget and met all our wants and needs.
We decided to go with the Heartland III. From start to finish, Silverpoint was informative, communicative and found ways to make all our “have to haves” were met.
Seeing our house in the plant was so exciting, but being able to see your house being set is an experience I will never forget.
We were lucky enough to be able to see everything from drywall, to porches being built.
Everyone we encountered worked hard and made sure everything was nearly perfect.
If we found something that needed attention, it was fixed same day or next day.
Building a home is not cheap, but ultimately the care they have for their customers was top priority. We always felt important.
There is absolutely nothing that I would change about the entire process and I 100% would recommend speaking with Shannon about a modular if it is something you and your family are considering.
Our family loves our new home and Silverpoint!

Very satisfied with our Silver Point house, however after a few months we started getting water in our crawl space. The project manager was advised however nothing was done. He was told about this problem numerous times after a rain still no action. Pictures were provided and iI was recorded on the list of items to be corrected before our year was up. Nothing was done to correct this major problem at that time.
Management was advised and we were given ways for us to correct the problem which is costly. We still have this problem.

We have had an extremely positive experience with this company. Even as the world was heading into COVID our house was heading down the assembly line. The sales staff and installation supervisor could not have been friendlier and helpful during our specific struggles to move from a rental into our new home. This house is high quality! I even had a contractor look at our blueprints and he was very impressed and said: "I see no shortcuts in these plans!" I highly recommend a Silverpoint Home!

Silverpoint Homes is hands down the best route to go when building a home. We went through other companies previously and thankfully found Silverpoint on the internet. We worked closely with Dwayne who worked very hard to make sure we had a smooth process.
