I have been a customer since 2011, just recently new company so, they come and place gas in, I prepay so, I called them to tell them I get paid on Friday so I will pay them then maybe one week at the most one week and a half because I get paid every 2 weeks, and since 2011 I have never went without paying most of the time every 2 weeks. I called and they said because they didn’t have my new card which I had switched banks but after they put the gas in the and I paid they came and got the tanks and told me that my bill would go to collections but they already put gas in and I called to tell them when I would pay and they still came and got tanks. So truly don’t understand how a good customer for so long gets treated and talked to so rudely.

The team at Midway Bottled Gas Company is excellent. I always have the preseason service done on my gas log fireplace and the experience is always fantastic. It is so rare to get a pleasant customer service experience these days that I wanted to give them kudos for a job well done. From the phone call to schedule the service to the preventative maintenance done by David today my experience was positive. He arrived on time and worked diligently and them reviewed his findings. The peace of mind from this service is worth every penny!

I called to get my gas logs cleaned and serviced. The serviceman was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning and getting my gas logs ready to use. I was highly satisfied and was so glad I called Midway to have them take care of them. I certainly recommend them and will call them again if I have any other issues or just need them to be serviced again.

I have been working with Midway Bottled Gas since my house was built, seventeen years ago. They installed my gas fireplace, service it, deliver gas for the fireplace, and more recently for the new home generator. The service is excellent. Chris, the tech that services the fireplace, also played a critical role in ensuring that all the propane needs were met for my new generator. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Last year, I could not get my pilot light lit, and Linda from the office literally drove to my house and helped me with it! I'm a retired educator, and taught Customer Service for years. They get an A++. Keep up the good work!

We have been dealing with Midway for about 2 years. Always 5 star service. Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful. Technicians are very informative, always giving tips to help you get the most out of your equipment and always go the extra mile while inside your home by maintaining tidiness.

Been using Midway for 3-4 years, they have always been helpful.
Recently wanted to add a gas heater. It was expensive but included warranty and most of installation. The installation was fast and they were very helpful as to my wants and needs.
The loss of a star is due to billing issues. Can’t return credits to a credit card and they seem to have double billing/entry issues to my credit card.

I've seen Midway gas trucks every since the 60's. So six years ago I purchased fire logs and set up propane auto delivery. Thank you team for excellent service. Highly recommend Midway they checked the fire logs today ready to go when cold weather comes.

We've had no problems with Midway. We have been getting gas from them for our basement wall heater for years. We are very satisfied with the service we get from the ones who come to service our heater, getting it ready for winter.
