We have been dealing with Deshazo for a while now. They have always been there to help us out. BUT......... this summer we put in a gas stove and a back up gas furnace on top of a gas fireplace that was already here. Told the that we were going to need another tack or a bigger tack. It has been after 3 or 4 phone calls we were told they were going to bring us another tack and tap in to the one we have. Was told a few days. That is now week 4 and still waiting.called again to see about getting a fill up. That we were running low and it's been 3 weeks. I'm running electric heater right now. So save what fuel I have to cook with. And now we have another snow and ice storm coming in this weekend and it looks like I'm going to have to what again. Because their not going to be able to get down my road or up my driveway. So tired of all this. I don't know who is dropping the ball up at the office. But they need to do better. Now thinking about changing gas company.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. my aunt's business is one of the best; these people clearly do not know what they are talking about and are saying these for the sake of making my aunt's company look bad.

this company has been running for 50 some years now, and my aunt is extremely hard working at keeping it running. she works twice, if not four times as much as other companies who aren't family run. she deserves all the business she can get.

The worst customer service ever. I have had my tank for over 20 years and I've always ordered 50 gallons at a time. I called today and the rep tells me that I have to order 100 Gallons at a time, and that's the way it's always been. Which I know for a fact is not true. Very nasty attitude!!!

This lady is probably having a bad day because she is very rude on the phone don't want to know what she is like in person these are your customers and you should think about being more kind over the phone even if you want to find out information will definitely be going to someone else for gas. No stars for this company

Paid $319 for 100 gallons of oil. Tank couldn't hold but 14 gallons. They kept the rest of my money and oil (close to $250 I lost). I was robbed.

Extremely rude customer service when you call and ask a simple billing question when they raise your price 75 cents per gallon on propane. Do not deal with this business!

These are the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with in my 52 years they don’t know how to talk to customers,called over a week ago to have my propane filled,still no one has come out and the lady that I talk to you she’s always got an attitude I’m just gonna let my tank run dry and then come pick the tank up and besides they charge way more than other propane company’s
