This company will scam you your bill will be outrageous and they are horrible and picking up phones or responding to emails this company should honestly be looked into there is some shady things going on

Edited: they made it right and got my service restored. Let's hope my bill reflects this issue too. *Waited until I left my cabin to get groceries, then came in and tore up my driveway, cut service, when we just transferred service a week earlier! Horrible customer service. No notification, no email nothing and no walk in business office. And we're disabled veterans!

I'm being denied service because the previous person that lived here did not pay bill. Said there is no meter here yet clearly there is one. What the he'll do I do? Aren't monopolies illegal? Where's my alternative? There is no way it can be legal to blackmail me into paying a bill that has nothing to do with me. Yet that is apparently what the company is doing? Do i have no legal recourse?

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve never had this much trouble from a company wanting to get paid. I’ve had the landlord verify my occupancy and he’s even called in to tell them over the phone. Service guy seen stuff on the porch and said the other occupants are still there so he denied turning it on. This company is the worst ever. I wish there was another company to use.

Absolutely horrible to work with. Mu wife has been trying to get the power connected at our new house and cannot talk to anyone that can tell when someone will be out to do the work and any time we ask to talk to a manager we end up getting sent to someone's voicemail. Really wish there was an alternate company to go to that had better customer service.

Told me it'd be 297 to start service then stuck me with the previous owner's over due bill of 1600 and still wanted 297 to start mine. Worst part they're the only provider in my area yet deny they have a monopoly here. A monopoly is when a company offers a unique service or product to an area without competitors. Monopolies are illegal.

Terrible service! Power goes out on a a regular basis in any kind of inclement weather and takes a long time to get service restored. Can never get in contact with a real person on the phone. Defiantly wish there was another company to choose from. Rates are terrible also. Price went up 85% in a 3 year period a few years ago and service has not improved.

Rates are reasonable compared to places we have lived before. I've gotten a live person on the phone when I've called. Service to the house has been prompt and professional. No complaints!
