We rented e-bikes while in port on a cruise and we would do it over again in a heartbeat! The bikes were really well maintained and functioned perfectly. Super easy to use and we felt safe trekking all 12+ miles of the island. The staff was also really nice and helpful. Highly recommend for cruisers who are visiting for a few hours! We got to see everything - raptor center, fortress of the bear, whale watching spot, awesome waterfall hike and we saw a ton of wildlife like eagles along the way!

Fantastic guys here and couldn't have made it more seamless. Visited from Ohio on a cruise, owner gave me some recommendations for some gravel riding in the area which was fantastic. The views at the top of mountain are worth the grind of a climb!

This bike shop is great. The staff were friendly with us. It was easy to get in touch with them over the phone the day before when we had an issue booking through the online platform. There were some beautiful trails close by.

Fair warning, the drivers are pretty hostile to bicycles. Everyone in town seems to need a massive pickup truck (with nothing in the truck bed). A truck blew out black exhaust at us and peeled away while we were on a quiet residential street near the trailhead. Although the streets are very wide, the drivers seem nervous to pass and often just end up “stuck” behind you even though it’s a wide open road.

Went on a cruise and a friend recommended the yellow jersey bike shop in Sitka. We rented 2 bikes for the day and they showed us where to go. Beautiful ride and really nice bikes and equipment. Totally worth it, cheaper than the excursion offered and real easy to get to. The shuttle from the cruise drops you in town and the bike shop is right across the street from the shuttle stop. It was perfect!

WORTH IT.! At first I thought the price was high but after going 5.4 miles to the bears, 12 miles to the ferry terminal and 7 miles back to the cycle shop all in one day I would say my trip would not have been the same without that e-bike.!! What a fun adventure.!! Thank you.!

Excellent bike shop. Great rental price per day, $35 a day for a good bike is so worth it! I forgot Trek has unique sizing with a size M/L so it took me 3 sizes to find the one that fit. The guy helping me out was very friendly and patient while I made up my mind. I extended my rental with no problem because I was having too much fun. They have bear spray you can rent for $10 a day, good price for peace of mind. We did 80 miles in 3 days. Best way to really see the area. The Sitka Cross trail and its extensions are fun and impressive. Can't wait to come back!

We booked our bikes online before we arrived in Sitka. We were greeted by Aiden who was polite, helpful, and funny. He changed out my seat as requested even though he had to change the post to make it work which I really appreciated. He gave us good suggestions about where to ride and maps too. Getting out of town is easy and along the way you can access trail heads for hiking. Returning our bikes was easy as well. No complaints!!

i showed up on the lsst cruise of the season,, they opened up the shop for just a few renters I think. It was super fun to ride and he helped me out with trails I could go on.. I didnt listen super well and still almost got lost but SUPER FUN and great price for an all day Rental.
