I would love to give a good review but at this time I cannot. We bought a shed there about two weeks ago. Paid cash for it. Unfortunately we had a little bit of snow and it couldn’t be delivered. I understand that. My problem is this. The snow is gone. No one contacted us as to when it could be delivered. So when we called we are now estimated to have it February 7. It seems that these guys don’t respect the fact ours is paid in full and we get put on the back burner. Not satisfied with there organization methods to say the least. When the weather broke we should have ours delivered first.

Purchased a shed today 11/19/24. Owners were very helpful and obviously knowledgeable. I Have been researching prices and comparing other companies in the area. This was by far the best prices and quality. Buying process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

I usually don’t give reviews like this one, but I felt I needed to let potential customers know about the poor and dishonest customer service provided by the owner of the Shed Man, Inc.

I purchased a storage shed from the Shed Man in 2017 (when Robert and Roberta owned it) and for the most part, the shed has done fine. However, the bottom edge and sides of the side door began to darken and began rotting away. The shed is 14” above the ground and water is not a problem.

On May 3, 2023, I called and spoke to a female, the owner, about the rotting and damaged door. She said, “That rot should not happen. I’ll order a new door for you.” I asked how much it would be to replace it and she said, that “I will work with you on the price.” I anticipated paying something for the new door but didn’t ask how much it would be. To be honest, it was my fault for not confirming the price – I am too trusting. She asked me to text her pictures of the door, which I did.

Fast forward to June 26, 2023, to go and pick up the door. I got to the Shed Man office and spoke to a nice fellow who could not find a record of the conversation or my order (the female owner was not in the office). He called the owner and confirmed that the door was there. He also asked her about the price.

Once the conversation ended, he shared what the price of the door was going to be. It was the FULL PRICE of the door!
When the owner of the company tells me two things:
1) That rot should not happen. I’ll order a new door for you.
2) I will work with you on the price.
I expect that there will be some cut in the price!

The outcome has been very disappointing. When someone gives their word, I expect that that individual will follow through on what they say. Apparently, her words can’t be trusted, and character is not high on her personal values. Prior to the new owner, I would have supported this business, and did, but not anymore. Just beware when dealing with her.

The shedman was very reasonable. He got back to us very fast. His professionalism was top notch. He was very careful moving a shed I'd purchased. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a shed moved.Thanks

Stopped in on June 29 2020 @ 2:00 pm. I was wanting to buy a storage shed. Parked in FRONT of the office and began to walk the entire lot checking out what they had. When finished returned to my car ( in front of the office) and waited to see if the person would come outside to assist me. Stood there for at least another 10 minutes. The person made no attempt to come meet with us. You would think that a potential customer has just spent about 30 minutes on the lot, a personal greeting from them would be customary. Yes it was hot, but if I can walk the lot they could have surely come out and greeted me. CASH SALE was missed by them.

No one ever answers the phone during business hours. Thought it was quite unprofessional reading the other review, where the customer walked the lot and no one came out to greet them. Then the owner responds with a condescending remark, Oh did you come in. That’s not how that works when people are spending their money, jerk!
