Very impressed with the professionalism as well as services provided. They reached out to let me know they were running late still within the time frame window though, and kept me up to date with their arrival time. I had several items to assemble and they were done in under 2 hours and they were big items. Very appreciative of that. Also, they placed the items in the places I requested! Will use them again for sure.

Fantastic service from this company! Contacted me right away with an estimate for assembling a canopy bed. Very responsive on email when I had to change some things around and very accommodating. When they showed up to assemble, they were right on time very professional and done within an hour. Best customer service I’ve had in quite a while.

I ordered a patio set from Wayfair and Wayfair set up assembly through a different company. After this company canceled on me twice (the first time was within 2 hours of their appointment), I did a google search and found St. Louis Assembly Pros. I contacted them, and they responded to my request within the hour. They set up an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday. St. Louis Assembly Pros showed up 20 minutes early, and did a spectacular job of setting up my 4 piece patio set. They even cleaned up, and bagged all of the packaging for recycling. I am so glad I found St. Louis Assembly Pros, and will forever recommend them and use them when needed. I even contacted Wayfair, and suggested they contact St. Louis Assembly Pros for assembly of the products they sell to their customers in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Once i bought my new ikea bedroom set and read the directions i realized i was in WAY OVER MY HEAD. Saint Louis Assembly Pros to the rescue! They showed up early for their appointment, had a professional appearance and were VERY polite. Im very happy with the work they did and would recommend them anyone, especially my closest family and friends.
