The worst place I’ve ever had to load at. After loading, I was given the paperwork, and the weight turned out to be over 45,000 pounds. I said it was too much and asked to remove one pallet. The employee told me they wouldn’t take anything off and that I needed to go weigh the truck at a truck stop and bring back proof that the weight exceeded the legal limit.

I politely objected, explaining that this would cost me a lot of time. They didn’t even listen! I’ve never encountered such arrogant and unprofessional behavior before. I had to drive to a scale, get confirmation of the overweight, and then return!

The facility is located in the hills, with narrow roads and steep inclines and declines. As a result, I wasted a lot of time, now have to drive all night, and spent my own money on fuel! I hope that employee faces the same kind of treatment and suffers the same way! Never come here—you’ll regret it!

Idk what yall complaining about...the road here are t that bad as some have said...yes it gets narrow...it's a mountain road!!! As for employees being rude...my interaction was professional and pleasant..they here to do a job...not be your best friend...if YOU have an attitude expect one back...other than waiting my experience here was good..

Horrible shipping!!! If you want to waste hours of your time waiting in line just to wait for slow loading, you came to the right place! Oh and who doesnt love driving on curvy 10% upgrades that aren't wide enough if a car comes around the corner? F this place all the way

From I-81, Take exit 35, 107 to Saltville, L on 91, L on Palmer, then WIDE R on Adler, 1st drive on the left. I do not recommend taking 91 from I-81, I did, and 107 was much better. Palmer has sharp curves, is uphill and is barely wide enough for trucks. They have 3 doors, easy backing, just wait for loaded truck to leave. Took a little over an hour to get 18 pallets. Most was waiting for the door. -1 star for the location. 44K lbs.

Quick load it only 2 ways into this place . It's as if they wanted to make the most out of the way difficult route in. Roads curving will have you coming into on coming lanes etc.

107 left at the light go into saltville and veer left on palmer and that will take you to Adler and through the neighborhood. Or 91 to lake drive to palmer to adler

Right up there with the worst ever. I’ve seen trucks come and go while I’m still sitting in the dock. And the road in here…best to avoid this place at all costs. I’d rather deadhead out of the way than the load here again. Going in 5 hours now and not done. This place must think my time is worthless.

take i81 north or south. Exit 35. keep straight on 107 to 91. make left on 91. continue straight then go left onto palmer ave. keep straight until you get to facility sign then make right

be careful driving on palmer ave. road gets tight. no way the road should be that small with continuous truck traffic. you can barely see around the curves
