Had a wonderful experience with a very kind and polite cashier. I do not recall her name, my receipt says cashier 0219. Well cashier 0219, thank you for doing a great job! A little kindness goes a long way!

Unacceptable. The cashier at my register had no hand scanner. Therefore she had to lift each item over the belt scanner. I had 2 20 lb boxes of litter and 2 flats of bottled water, no clue the weight but heavy. There were 5 unopened lanes. Presumably at least one of them had a working hand scanner. Where was management? I felt so sorry for the cashier, a very petite young woman. She could have easily been moved to another lane. How many hours of unnecessary hardship did she have to endure that day? Wake up Food Lion.

I had a hypotensive episode while in the store. Vicki House and Mr Jett took care of me. They gave me a place to sit and made sure I was okay. And neither one of them would accept thanks for "being a normal person." This store definitely cares about their customers. I found myself wishing to befriend them both.

This is an amazing grocery store! As an Ohioan this was the first time I’ve gone to a food lion and I was very impressed. It was very clean and well maintained and set up. They had plenty of organic options and a wide variety of brands including some local ones.

Went in today for a simple return, turned out horrible. Shirley, had rude remarks towards something that should have been done simple, and she tried hiding her name so I do highly bet she is not only was rude to me here on experience but to other customers as well. She needs to reconsider working somewhere else possibly solitary or alone and not with people. I don’t recommend coming here .
