“They Really Care” Excellent Customer Service from this company every time I interact with them. I own a few local food establishments in the NNK and have been using NWP for some years now. I am a high maintenance type customer; however The Crew @ NWP always take care of my needs like I am a family member. I am truly blessed to have such a vendor that supports my business with such care. Just had Dustin out to service our gas fireplace. Wow- what a wealth of knowledge! He explained the entire system to me and got everything up and running in no time after a year + of non-use! He was very professional, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure I understood how to run the system (something I was nervous about!). Would highly recommend Dustin and NWP for your energy needs!

Dustin arrived promptly and was super helpful and courteous isn resolving our issue. He really went above and beyond to get the problem fixed in an expedited fashion. We've been a NWP customer now going on 3 years. Today we had a tankless propane water heater installed. The 3 man crew did an excellent job from start to finish. It's working great. They also had to remove an antique massive 60 gallon water heater from our basement. It must have weighed close to 300 pounds. They were able to get it up the steps and wheel it through the house and out the front door without a scratch! First class company all the way around. Thank you.

We had Dustin out to repair our vented gas fireplace. It is old, parts were rusted and seized. Dustin cleaned it up, cleared lines and got it working again. He also cleaned up the glass and surrounding area. He was patient and answered all of my questions. It is now working and he filled one of our holiday wishes.

Called to schedule appointment and squeezed us in a day after, fixed the gas logs and watched frosty the snowman with kid with the fire on that evening. Great service, friendly all the way around. Highly reccomend.

Dustin was awesome — a total pro. Had a minor propane glitch I never would have found, and he fixed it right away. He then ensured everything in the house was fully operational again. Terrific guy from a reliable company.
