17MAR.2025 Friendly security guard and staff in here. Great selection on fresh fruit and snacks. A variety of ethnic foods. A great deal to choose from. Truly stocked and well organized. From time to time there are specials on the meat🥩. Everything you may be looking for and more.

Visited the deli department and asked for cheese and meat. I told him what I wanted and went off to the side. This Caucasian man walks up and he immediately takes his order (after I placed mine). And gets his order before me. This is bad customer service and definitely will reconsider coming here. He forgot what I asked for and then I had to wait for him to finish cutting the meat and cheese. To see he was “department lead” was disappointing because he should know better.

I want to take a moment to commend the exceptional customer service I received at this Store

During my visit, I had a fantastic interaction with the staff, particularly Bola (Security) and a gentleman at the customer service desk. I mistakenly thought I had lost my phone in the store and returned in a panic to look for it. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating patience, kindness, and professionalism.

A special shoutout to Bola, the security guard by the entrance—his assistance was instrumental in helping me locate my phone. I truly appreciated his support, even though I may not have pronounced his name correctly. His dedication to customer care did not go unnoticed.

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by these employees. Their helpfulness turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you!

I enjoy going to this specific Giant location because of the staff. They sure make it a super pleasant experience. The selfscan person who’s usually there evenings it seems, her name is Ruth and we LOVE RUTH. Not only does she have a great personality, but she also goes above and beyond to help customers. She makes them feel very welcomed, makes sure she’s helped you in anyway possible. That’s what customer service is about. Her managers should be proud of her.
There are a few other cashiers who my husband and I really like , but Ruth is our favorite. Thank you.

When I first walked into this place it smelled gross like rotting produce. Didn't look the cleanest on the floors. And then I went to use the bathroom there was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this giant at all sort of a health hazard how gross things are.

I come all the way from DC just to shop at this Giant. All I can say is that I love it!! It is always well stocked, the workers are extremely helpful, and the cashiers are awesome. And even the restrooms are clean!!!

Horrible customer service! I made a grocery order and got home 2 of the items were missing I got a receipt in the bag stating that items were out of stock and I would be refunded. I have placed orders before with this same Giant and they emailed me to make replacements if items were not available. I didn’t think I would get home and items would be missing. The associate Tim and the manager Brian were nonchalant about it when I called and neither apologized for the inconvenience. When I talked to the associate about it he said that they are short staffed someone is out sick. The manager put me on hold and to talk to the associate and when he got back on the phone he stated that the associate called me and left a voicemail which was a lie. I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemail from the store. This experience was a big inconvenience and a time waster. I would have rather they did what they did in the past and substitute my items. I ordered chicken thighs if they weren’t available. I would have liked to be contacted so my items could have been replaced like the previous time when I ordered groceries and the items weren’t available. Again horrible customer service from the associate and the management neither even pretended like they cared. Now I can’t even cook my dinner.
