Called to ask a question about credit card billing (nothing was wrong on Petro's side of things, just a general question) and spoke with the most hostile woman. Not sure if it was a bad day or what... she was rude and condescending. Usually staff is friendly and has good customer service skills. Hoping it was an off day.

Their customer service is great, but I now depend on them for my propane since they took over the other supplier in town I used to go to. Petro Marine shut down conveniently located places that once existed. I hope they open them back up cause this makes things much more difficult for me now.
