Called to ask if the sell a certain product and the employee who answered was absolutely rude. Would not do business with this company based on their customer service.

These guys have improved SO much with the new staffing. Last year, I actually cancelled my membership and boycotted the store because of the awful customer service. The staff was fairly unhelpful and never seemed to care about customers. A few months ago, I went in because I needed a product that I couldn't find anywhere else locally. I slouched into Sally's and... what a surprise. The staff was so nice and helpful that I actually remarked on the change, That's when I learned about the overhaul of staffing. I've been back in several times now and am glad that things are still great.

The cashier helped me a lot and even offered to get an item from the back since it had JUST come in from shipment and was the colour I was looking for. She was very kind and happy too.

Just went here and my goodness they can not be anymore unprofessional! The two African American girls working there were "polite" at first and once I walked out the door I can hear them laughing super loud. I don't know if they were laughing at me or what but I didn't feel comfortable there. I'll have to go to the one on the other side of town for now on. Not cool!!!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. With Covid happening I was forced to color my roots myself. Staff assisted me with everything I needed and tips to get the job done right.

Went here to pick up some stuff for my sister and the lady helping us was rude and arrogant. She constantly scoffed at my questions even though its her job to answer my questions. In the end she gave me stuff I didnt need and ended up leaving. Worst service ever.

Terrible customer service from the supervisor on down. I have to make sure i already know what im getting before coming in here so I can be in/out. Sucks that online shipping from sallys is expensive or I would never step foot in this place.
