Car shopping - in my opinion - has never been fun. However, Papa’s made it so easy and painless. I worked with Collin from the sales team to find my perfect jeep. He was able to get me the exact car I wanted the same day we talked. I know he did a lot of work behind the scenes, but made it seem like a breeze on my end. Before I even picked up the new car and traded in my lease, Collin had everything ready to go. He even set up the Jeep app for my new car before I got to dealership. He was excellent, made the process as seamless as possible.

Mark from the financing department also was great. He had all my paperwork completed and ready to go when I arrived as well. The general manager of sales even checked in to make sure I was happy before my purchase was complete.

From beginning to end the entire Papa’s team was great to work with, made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and made sure it was an easy painless process. Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler and Chris made the experience easy! I had service done for the first time with them and the service department was extremely professional and friendly! We had been searching for a car for 6 weeks and had some crazy experiences at other dealerships. I saw a vehicle online at Papa’s, although it was a bit of a distance from our house, I am so thankful I made the trip. I worked with Zaneta, who was fabulous! She was so patient as I requested to test drive each car I was interested in twice. She was very knowledgeable as to the vehicles and was very fair regarding our trade-in. After six weeks of getting many runarounds from other dealerships, I brought this Jeep home the same day that I found it. I couldn’t be happier with it, and the dealer experience was top-notch!

The last two times I have brought my Jeep for tire rotation the wheels go out of balance. First time I was okay and didn’t think much of it. The second time makes me feel something is going on. I can’t prove that they are removing weights from the wheels but if they are, shame on them to try in making a few bucks. I will be bringing the Jeep elsewhere going forward. Sales team is amazing and service has been awesome too. Only writing this in case others are having the same issue. If a wheel is balanced it should be balance no matter what part of the axle it is on.

Anthony at Papa’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is excellent. When we inquired about a car at the dealership that had been posted online, he was responsive but not pushy, and he worked with his colleagues to meet us where we were without ever suggesting our asks were unreasonable (they weren’t, but other dealerships don’t hesitate to tell you they are or handle your “asks” superficially and just waste your time). When it came to following up on a trade inspection and potential purchase, he put time outside of his schedule aside for us and also sent reminders about important details to make the process smooth. I highly recommend him.
