Exceptional people. Had to get my engine head machined and cleaned and they took the job even though they were going on vacation soon. In a few days it was done. The 190k miles of grime was gone and I was able to finish the project. Their very professional and the pricing is good ad well. I'd highly recommend these guys with any project you might have.

I would be suspicious of any 1 star reviews you read here. I have used Eastwoods twice to rebuild the heads off two of my diesel motors. Workmanship. . . excellent. Communication. . . Excellent. Timeliness. . . better than expected. I wish everyone I dealt with was this competent. If you need to get some work done this outfit is the place to go.

Went there for a simple bore/hone and crank balancing with an estimated price between $800-$900. When i went to pick up my block and parts they tried to charge me an extra $700 over the original quoted price without an explanation. They couldn't tell me the specific diameter of the bore size they bored the block out to. The only thing they said was, " it was bored to whatever the piston instructions said." The estimated time was 6-8 weeks to complete the machining, three months later i went to the shop to pick everything up and the task was still not completed. Also my piston compression rings were missing from my piston kit. Called multiple times after finding this out only to be ignored every time. Do not give this shop your engine to work on if you're looking for a timely and honest shop to perform machining.

These guys resurfaced my model B ford flywheel and drilled & tapped it for a modern V8 pressure plate. It balanced out at 13 grams when they were done. Excellent work.

Mark and gang are a good group of people (which is tough to find these days) and their work is top notch. the attached is the second motor they've worked on for me, all tolerances were checked and identical across the cylinders on the rebore/hone. A pleasure working with them.
