The owner Claudia is arrogant, rude, and so unprofessional. I originally went to their showroom in mid August. I met with Marion, who was kind, and she showed me different countertops and backsplashes. I ultimately decided to go with them because I fell inlove with a very specific quartz stone. She priced out my stone and countertop based on very SPECIFIC plans, since I was renovating my entire kitchen. They came to my house a week later to take a template. I reminded Lucas (One of the owners) that I want a 12” overhang on my peninsula for seating. On the DAY & TIME of installation, I receive a call from Marion, asking me if I would be okay with a 9” overhang because the stone doesn’t have enough for a 12” overhang. I said no, I very specifically wanted a 12”. She proceeded to tell me if I wanted a 12” overhang I would need to pay an additional $1500. Marion was very apologetic for the mistake, but I was FLOORED that I was being charged an additional $1,500 for an error in their math, so I asked to speak to the owner. Claudia explained that they didn’t account for me to have a 12” overhang so that would require another slab to be purchased, which she would be doing for “cost” and she was “making no money” on my project. So, my choices were either to pay $1500 for the stone I wanted or get my money back. I even asked her if she would split the cost of $1500 because it was their error and she said no. FOOLISHLY, I decided to go ahead because the headache and unprofessionalism is not worth it. I receive a call one week later that they are ready to install. They come to install and get this, the TWO slabs are COMPLETELY different colors, which is one of the things I questioned since they were ordered at two different times. The installers first tried to blame my lighting had different colored bulbs, so I went ahead and changed the bulbs to be the same; EVEN with the lights off you could see the discoloration. Also, as a company that does countertops, why they decided to do a LARGE seam right at the peninsula was beyond me and having veins going in all different directions, it looked like a ½ fast job. I now wait another week, only to get another call from Claudia telling me the next slab came WRONG again. Finally, another week went by, I received my stone, which the seam was in the correct place (by the sink, which I requested) and the color was correct. While they were installing, I called Marion and asked if they could make me a cutting board with the remaining stone and I was told that I would have to pay an additional $100+ dollars. Again, after all of the stress, the fact that they were nickeling and diming me for a stone that was already purchased, boggled my mind. The owner Lucas was still here and I explained to him the situation and he said, “don’t worry I will get you the cutting board.” Then RADIO SILENCE. I only heard from them about final payment. So, I sent an email to Claudia about how upset I was with the whole transaction and how I have not received the cutting board. Her responses were so ARROGANT & RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She wrote statements like “I think it’s best that I simply don’t respond to your email.” “I ended up paying for your countertops. You don’t own any left overs from your stone.” So, where did my money go? Just because she didn’t make the profit margin that she wanted, doesn’t mean that I didn’t pay for my countertops. I said since she apparently paid for my countertops, I guess my final payment isn’t due. She then proceeded to threaten me with lawyers. Honestly, I just wanted to be done with them, so I did send the final payment, but I sure won’t be recommending them.

I just completed a kitchen renovation with Claudia and Litchfield Hills Marble and Granite. I am so pleased with how she and her team transformed my kitchen and home entryway. Not only does Claudia have the vision and knowledge to offer expert guidance throughout the process, but her showroom had practically everything I needed to select for my new kitchen, including the cabinets, flooring, countertop, backsplash, hardware and sink. If there was something that she didn't have, she was able to get me samples to look at or provided pictures. She made the whole experience of renovating a kitchen so easy and works very hard at making sure the client is happy and satisfied. I am so grateful to Claudia for giving me a beautiful kitchen that I will enjoy for many years.

We recently hired Litchfield Hills Granite to do the granite in our kitchen. Claudia and her team were extremely attentive to our questions and the turn around from when we picked out the granite to when it was installed was very quick. The installers were perfectionists and the granite came out absolutely stunning! The suppliers that Claudia has you choose your granite from are also amazing and carry a wide selection of granite from the typical granite that you see at any other store to some very unusual pieces that were absolutely beautiful. I fell in love with a beautiful, unique slab that was exactly what I was looking for and Claudia was able to show me what it would look like on my counters before it was even installed. I would highly recommend Litchfield Hills Granite as they did an Outstanding job and their customer service was top notch! Claudia went above and beyond throughout the whole project!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Reach out to his company because me and my wife wanted to redesign our kitchen.
We reached out to a company like this because we were looking for direction and someone to help with the design, but what we got was somebody trying to push products on us and get us to do way more than what we want it. Not only did Claudia take four months to actually start taking action we never even had quotes for ideas and things that she was showing us.
Now my kitchen is in pieces and she will not give us back our $3100 deposit and we have no real idea or plan of what to do!

I'm not somebody to typically write reviews let alone spread negativity but with how stressed out the situation has made me and my family I definitely need to share it so that others do not have to experience it.
