I had the pleasure of working with Dan Campbell when opening my daughter's savings account, and I can't recommend him enough! From the moment we sat down with him, he was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. Back in my home state I was used to dealing with huge and very impersonal banks. And despite the small town in which I lived, the branches never had a personal or neighborhood feel to them.
Upon moving to Connecticut, I was surprised to find what had always been lacking in customer service in those former banks of my old hometown. Friendly, interested, yet competent and professional tellers and managers who remember my name and who are quick to assist me with any issues I might encounter. I first met them while working for my church but quickly made my local branch my personal branch. I have absolutely no regrets in choosing the Georgetown branch of Fairfield County Bank and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been banking with Fairfield County Bank for over 30 years, I still refer to it as Ridgefield Bank. I very rarely go into the bank, so many services are now done online. Today I visited the Georgetown branch and the two gentlemen assisting me were beyond helpful and polite. True gentlemen and it reminded me that even though the name has changed, it really is my hometown bank! Thank you!

I'm a depositor since 2006. I only have the best things to say about our bank. i recently expereanced fraud on my accounts , i called the bank and Ronald Coke really helped me out. everthing turned well. please give him a big promotion & big raise !! btw it's high time we go public !!!!

I had to update my review and share again how lovely Fairfield County Bank is. They are such gems to bank with! Through all the years my family and I, and the nonprofit I volunteer for, have banked with them, I've always had such wonderful experiences with everyone who works there. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. They are also HUGE supporters of the community, which is another big plus and hard to find in this day and age.
Old review: The Georgetown/Branchville branch is wonderful to work with! Friendly and efficient and the people are lovely. I love banking with them.
