My husband and I are very pleased with the detailed information we received from Josh at Glastonbury Vacuums and More.
We live in a 100 year old house and Josh was able to help find the best options for us. Josh installed a central vacuum system for our main floor. Because of the age and structure of the house Josh shared it would not be cost effective to also have the central vacuum upstairs also.
Josh gave us several options for another durable and efficient vacuum to service our second floor and remain within our budget.
Josh was always on time, very knowledgeable and has handled pleasantly any concerns or needs that came up.
We are very pleased with the service we received from beginning to completion, the entire experience was exceptional.

I’m a fussy person when posting a product or business review but Josh, the new owner of this business for the past year gets easily 5 stars! In the decades that I have done business at Glastonbury vacuums the previous owner was super and Josh is is at a minimum equal. Went into purchase, a new vacuum and josh took all the time needed to explain the advancements in vacuum cleaners during the years since I last purchased one. He carefully assessed my needs and provided guidance as to what he felt would be best for me. No pressure at any time and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased. He demonstrated the products as well. His prices are very fair, and he does so much more with Service and supplies for everything he sells. He stands behind everything he selves and goes out of his way to please you. Glastonbury vacuums gets my highest rating and is superior in every way. And no, I am not related to Josh in any way lol

Josh (new owner of Glastonbury Vac Shop) provided excellent service! I had an issue w my central vac system after having it installed by the former owners.

He did a great at getting my history. I was sold an old refurbished unit from former owners and job was never completed 100%.

Josh offered parts he had available to assist w my fix even though he assumed this problem from former owners sales.

Josh also provided some quick tip fixes that actually worked. I was back up and running in no time!

Highly recommend using Josh. He had two locations, very good service and always does what he can for each customer’s needs - Thanks Josh, you are a life saver!!

Great experience at Glastonbury Vacuums. Owner welcomed us warmly and inquired about our needs first in order to walk us through (in a very detailed manner) the various options available at the store. Presented with pros/cons for the various options and felt well educated to make a solid decision on the vacuum that best fits our needs. Owner never pressured us for a sale/purchase, instead encouraged us to think through our options and ask as many questions as needed. Purchased a great vacuum and very pleased with the customer service and experience in the store!

It's increasingly difficult to find great customer service, but you'll find it here. We bought a SEBO Felix and ordered a specific color that had to be sent by the manufactuer to the store. The experience was above and beyond. Every phone call I made to the store was picked up immediately, my questions were always answered, and I never had to follow up, because I was proactively kept informed of the status from start to finish. It was also incredibly easy. They handled everything, going so far as to hand deliver the assembled vacuum to our house. This level of service blew me away. It's something I really don't see much of anymore, and I'm only 34. If you need a vacuum or vacuum supplies or service, this is your place.
