I’m a plumber that’s been using Farmington Plimptons for 5 years now. I have been to other supply houses as well as other plimpton locations and I can easily say that Ed is the best store manager I have ever dealt with his knowledge of the parts and different systems is unmatched and his customer service is impeccable. He will always go above and beyond to ensure that everyone receives the correct orders. His work ethic is unmatched and I will continue to make Farmington my primary destination for my plumbing and heating needs. I’d recommend this supply house to any other contractor or DIYer looking for parts and assistance.

Ive been coming here for a few years now, when I first started coming in I was frustrated with the supply house I was using. Going to the supply house before farmington plimpton used to be a disaster. One day I stopped into farmington plimpton and the service I got was fantastic. So I talked my boss into switching supply houses. All of the employees there are fantastic, But there are two rocks at that store Ed and Paul.

They know just about every part in that store, are very accommodating to almost anything I ask if they can do it they will, needless to say they have helped me in many jams.

. The other stores aren't terrible just farmington is on a different level. Ed and Paul are click when Ed was sent to another a few months back it was noticeable and when Paul's not there it's noticeable they're both assets to running the awesome store I described when one is missing the store still run perfectly but you can tell the stress levels are up.

Ive seen a lot of employees pass through the company and none of them learned as fast as Paul. I remember his first day it took him an hour for 8 items I used to dread having him take my order. Now Paul is one of the best in plimpton and hills 8 items now take about 5 to 10 minutes depends on what i order.

I could keep going on this is a hard review to right so much to say and i could go on and on. Thanks guys for all the hard work over the years.

Great customer service, experienced some issues with part availability but they went above and beyond ordering the part I needed to get it here quickly and rectify any issues. They called me with updates so I could work with the repair company to come out as soon as possible to get my heat back up and running.

We have bought replacement faucets and toilets from Plimpton & Hills for years on the advice of our plumber. During a recent bathroom remodel, I tried to save money by buying some components online. Big mistake. Quality wasn't there. I had to return the shower faucets and start over. Christie helped me find quality products within my budget.

Amazing service. I utilize this location daily and Ed is the man. Always friendly, happy to help and makes sure I get what I need. Definitely recommended using plimpton and hills and specifically Farmington.

Would not recommend using P & H . I opened a salon during 2020, the plumber and plimpton & hills play the blame game. Our water has not been consistent or on point since day one. Had the specs for what we needed then ordered us the wrong water heater. Months later, got another heater. Never worked correctly. DO NOT recommend or trust.

My aunt has purchased ALL her bathroom products here for years. She just redid her entire bathroom and went here for everything. She purchased a faucet aerator key kit for $26 from them but found the same kit for $6 at home depot. The kit was unopened unused and not damaged. She asked this place to return it they told her "we would have to charge you a restocking fee" the restocking fee was $20!
