They were very slow in processing the products and there was a $350 minimum charge that I had to pay twice because the items were too small. They basically charge me two set up fees because they had to make two saw cuts.

The products were expertly crafted and my 3 star ratings is primarily based on excessive cost and very slow turnaround time. The excuse I was given was that they had to hire an electrician to repair the saw.

Terrible customer service!! Young girl with tattoo on wrist was sarcastic and didn't care about helping. When ask if I could talk to someone else about prices she said, "not now"! The girl on her right played on her phone.
This is a place just for contractors not for the public.
I took my $800 in my pocket and left.
In case owner sees this it was 1 pm 8/5/2013.
