I will share my personal experience coming to this facility for a live load,
My appointment was at 11:45, I arrived at 10:50, went to check in, and got a dock right away, they call you back to retrieve the paperwork, and i was out of the facility by 12:18 pm, it was a good experience nothing to complain about

FOR CARRIERS: Shipping/Receiving is a smooth operation. Open 24/7, Carriers may have to park in the staging area, just next to loading docks, after checking in.

Friendly employees and fast loading. Last time I was the only truck here. In & out 20-30 minutes. Pretty busy today 5/16/23 so I understand the waiting. Plenty of room to put a truck on the dock.

Guy named Willard purposely threw away my phone number and loaded about 15 trucks behind me after I was first person in the lot this morning for a pickup. This is the kind of unprofessionalism you get when trying to work and help these guys out with loads. Talked to Supervisor Christopher Phillips on 2nd shift about this guy Willard and he confirmed that this is what happened. Will never be back unless they fire this guy on the spot.

How is it possible that such a large Warehouse of such a large company does not have restrooms available for truck drivers, What are the ones that help them make money by moving their products to the different places where the loads are sent Who is given It happens to think that we don't need bathrooms. When we arrive, the CEO or the Manager plan of this place has to take that into account and be able to provide adequate bathrooms for the truck drivers when they come.

All good reviews are full of lies, this place is so bad ,one guy before me waited for 4 hours on door dock for load pick up ,appointment was 11 am ,they gave me door right away since I checked in but till 12:00 nothing happened,5/6 trucks are waiting at parking lots
